Who is your culinary inspiration?José Andrés inspires me because he proves that food can be a force for good. When people face hardship, he shows up—not just as a chef, but as a leader and a humanitarian. His example reminds me that cooking is not only about creating great meals; it's about caring for people, bringing hope, and making a meaningful difference in the world.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest the $25,000 in an organic farm in my hometown in Zakarpattia, Ukraine. I want children and families to experience the beauty of nature, learn where real food comes from, and reconnect with the land. As a chef, I believe every great meal begins long before the kitchen—with healthy soil, dedicated farmers, respect for animals, and a deep connection to nature.
