My signature dish is Ukrainian borscht. For me, it is the taste of childhood, memories of my mom—my first favorite chef—and a way to share my heritage and culture with my kids. I believe home-cooked meals are a spiritual connection to our roots and heritage, and a source of life, energy, and inspiration for future generations.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration comes from busy moms who still find the time and energy to cook nourishing meals for their families. Women like Hannah Neeleman and Nara Smith inspire me by making home cooking feel meaningful and beautiful. I also admire confident women like Carla Hall, who bring professionalism, joy, and fun into the kitchen.
What would you do with the $25,000?When I won $25,000, I will invest it in my innovative Smart Snap Boards. My mission is to make home cooking easier, more convenient, and more fun for everyone. My hand made boards make cooking possible anywhere from the smallest apartment kitchen to an outdoor picnic or a professional kitchen.
