Who is your culinary inspiration?I find inspiration from many chefs when I was younger all the other kids would talk about their Saturday morning cartoons while I watched Rachael Ray and emerald lagasse into adulthood I have become quite a fan of Gordon Ramsay and I will always hold a special place in my heart for Anthony Bourdain
