Who is your culinary inspiration?My grandmother has always been my inspiration. Growing up and cooking with her she made meals with very little. Her empanadas were incredible and learning how to make them with her is a memory that lives with each empanada I make.
What would you do with the $25,000?The money would help expand my business. I’d love to be able to purchase a small food truck to take my empanadas all over the country.
