While Biryani and traditionally authentic regional dishes are my forte, I thrive on bringing heritage flavors to modern plates. I believe in food that tells a story, rooted in authenticity but crafted for the way we eat today.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My inspiration is rooted in the warmth of the big joint family I grew up in. I was constantly surrounded by the incredible, addictive skills of my mother, aunts, and elder cousins, whose mastery shaped my palate. For me, the ultimate satisfaction is the joy on someone's face when they take that first bite. My cooking isn’t just about recipes; it’s about recreating that sense of belonging and the soulful, authentic flavors passed down through generations of remarkable women.
What would you do with the $25,000?Winning would allow me to build a professional, year-round backyard greenhouse, turning my 'Farm-to-Table' vision into a sustainable reality.
