I love creating all types of food, from gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan dishes to classic comfort foods. Exploring different cuisines keeps me inspired and constantly learning. Another signature dish of mine is Chicken Francese—while not traditionally Italian, it reflects the flavor, technique, and passion I bring to every plate.
Who is your culinary inspiration?Chef Gordon Ramsay inspires me because of his passion, discipline, and relentless pursuit of excellence. His commitment to quality and attention to detail have set a standard that challenges chefs to continually improve their craft. I admire his ability to combine creativity, skill, and high standards while never losing sight of the importance of great food and memorable dining experiences.
What would you do with the $25,000?Because my dream is simple: to own a bistro where I can cook for my community with love, passion, and purpose. Nothing brings me more joy than watching people smile over a meal I've prepared. Food has a way of bringing people together, creating memories, and making people feel at home. Whether it's a quick lunch, a family gathering, or a special celebration, I believe every meal should be made with the heart. Winning this competition would help me move one step closer to opening my own place.
