Who is your culinary inspiration?My greatest culinary inspiration is Peru itself—its incredible biodiversity, cultural diversity, and culinary traditions. Every ingredient, technique, and story behind Peruvian cuisine motivates me to keep learning, creating, and sharing our gastronomy with the world.
