I have to choose one? A family favorite is home made foccacia turned into homemade pizza with fresh basil, homemade sauce and a mix of mozzarella and provolone. Baking wise banana chocolate chip muffins with a hint of cinnamon and a struesal topping.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration is my grandma, she always had fresh baked desserts and homemade dinners ready to feed everyone. My dad would come to get me and she would make pasta fagioli because she knew he loved it. She was our matriarch and created family bonding through delicious meals. The table is where differences and petty squabbles were put aside to come together over the amazing Italian feasts grandma made.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would start a cottage bakery and get whats needed to be a vendor at different fairs. I would also donate a portion to Southern paws rescue where we adopted our fur baby...and to cancer research since we lost an integral part of our family to bladder cancer.
