My signature dish is my crusted lamb chops over a bed of garlic red mashed potatoes and lemon garlic asparagus. I make a strawberry lemonade pound cake with a cheesecake filling and strawberry crunch.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration is my Granny (RIP). As well as my Mother. When I was a little girl I wasn't like most kids who would outside playing with friends. I couldn't wait until Granny made it home from work so that I could go downstairs to her place and sit on the stepping stool next to the stove to watch her cook with LOVE. GOD for BLESSING ME WITH MY GIFT, my kids and grandkids.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the $25,000 to purchase a food trailer so that I can continue to do outreach and feed the homeless in the community. GOD TELLS US TO LOVE THY NEIGHBOR AS YOU LOVE THY SELF. I am here to SERVE as well as evangelize and ALLOW GOD TO USE ME and what BETTER WAY to use the $25,000 purchase a food trailer and feed the homeless. I was once homeless with my children and we were in a shelter and while in the shelter I was in culinary arts and I was able to cook for the women in the shelter.
