Who is your culinary inspiration?My inspiration comes from my grandfather who owned a local restaurant in the 60s and 70s in the West End of Richmond called Thomas Grille. He closed his business in the late 70s, but in his retirement, he still enjoyed cooking and creating meals in the kitchen at home. I would help him in his gardens and in the kitchen as he prepared fresh beans, cabbages and even some wild game like rabbit and deer.
What would you do with the $25,000?The $25,000 will be used to fully start my catering business and to begin funding my daughter‘s bakery venture.
