Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration comes from my African mother and home cooks who turn simple ingredients into unforgettable meals with love and creativity I'm also inspired by chefs who proudly bring African cuisine to the global stage and show the world the beauty, flavor and soul of our culture through food
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the win to create a long term stability and growth for myself and my family part would go toward advancing my education and growth my own business and the rest towards charity And one of my biggest goals is to launch the first ever African food truck in town creating job opportunities for people who really needs
