Receive Text UpdatesMy signature dish for my kitchen would be our spundy burger, it’s a simple yet delicious smash burger with a house made burger sauce, lettuce, tomato, crispy onion with bacon and cheese that sits on a brioche bun. My own personal signature dish, I love to improvise and cook with anything I have and make the best dish I can to fit the audience, I think being able to think on the spot is the real hallmark of a great chef.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My inspiration would have to come from making food and seeing people’s expressions when they eat it, It all started as a kid when I would make food for my family. When they didn’t like some of my food, made me want to get better and greater as a chef over the years. Tip: cinnamon chicken was not a fan favourite.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would pay off my car and use the rest to further my career as a chef.
