Who is your culinary inspiration?Gordon Ramsey for attitude , Guy Fiere for range and simplicity, Julia Childs for just down right cooking . Of course my mom for teaching me to trust my palate. Thank you mom cooking and watching people enjoy my food truly puts a smile on my face and my soul in a better place.
What would you do with the $25,000?Apply it to my end goal of feeding people good food at low to no charge . My love to cook is only surpassed by the reward of watching people enjoy my food
