Receive Text UpdatesThis is a hard question for me as I like to dabble in every type of cuisine. I would have to say that Mediterranean and Indian are my favorite cuisines. I love how they’re full of bold flavors and can do a wide range of dishes. I make butter chicken a lot as it is one of my Wife and I’s favorite dishes.
Who is your culinary inspiration?Starting out in life it was my mom as she taught me my Italian heritage. As I started getting further into my career, I met Chef Bob. He is an executive chef and I worked under him for many many years. I learned a lot from that man.
What would you do with the $25,000?This would go so far in helping with our food truck and catering business. My wife is also a chef and together we are so passionate about what we do and our business and want to further it to make it the best we can.
