Who is your culinary inspiration?My father and mother instilled the love of food at a young age. Gave me the desire to go to culinary school international College down in Baltimore city for two years graduated. Anne Burrell was my idol looking at her being so tough, and being a woman in the industry made me think that any woman could stand in a kitchen and do the same thing as a guy. Got into cooking for 20 years. I was executive chef, chef ,head chef had own business.
What would you do with the $25,000?Oh my God! I would open my own business again! But I would do it right this time! there was a lot of hardship opening up and we were renting the spot and the air conditioner went up,and the landlord told us that we had to fix it which broke our lease and I had to go back to the restaurant that did we did the desserts for. I would buy a Food Truck and I would hustle my butt off.There’s a lot of things that you learn going in the business that a second time it would turn out a little bit bet
