I don't have one certain dish that I would call my signature. I make many things and explore a wide variety of cuisines. Local, fresh from the earth, (or animal), is my signature.
Who is your culinary inspiration?I'm inspired everyday by the Farm I work on. The smells, noises, the always changing garden, farm animals, all of it. It's all very serene, especially coming from the noise of the industry. I have children now and still doing what I love, while raising them, is top tier.
What would you do with the $25,000?Speaking of those children 😉. I would love some financial breathing room.
