I have a few dishes I offer but my kids favorite is oxtails, rice, collard greens with smoked turkey tails, Mac & Cheese. But my customers love boiled peanuts with smoked turkey tails corn & sausage & my most requested my SoulRoll fried collard green egg roll stuffed with collard turkey&rice all 3 are favorites of mine 😋
Who is your culinary inspiration?Ive always loved cooking. Because it brings family together. My great grandmother use to cook Sunday dinners and as I got older my grandma would do fish n seafood on fri so after week over Fri night everyone came to grandma's. So I started my own home cooking and mobile grilling and love to cook & grill. Im knows as Tampabbqqueens but I live in Atlanta...lol
What would you do with the $25,000?We would upgrade our mobile grill and add mobile kitchen. And advertisement and promo merchandise.
