If I had to pick one dish to call my signature dish, I guess I would say chicken broccoli Alfredo. It’s my girlfriend’s favorite dinner so I had to perfect it for my biggest critic! LOL
Who is your culinary inspiration?I’d have to say Gordon Ramsay is my biggest inspiration everything from the way he cooks to the way he’s always up front and says what he’s thinking. Also my mother inspires and pushes me to make great and original dishes, so I suppose they both are my culinary inspirations.
What would you do with the $25,000?I’d use the $25,000 to finally be able to open my own breakfast/lunch spot with my mother because she too loves cooking and comes up with some great ideas that we make at home! It would be a dream come true to win and have the opportunity to do that!
