If I were to say just 1 then I would probably land on my Herb crusted rack of lamb with roasted 5 onion whipped potatoes, grilled asparagus and finished with a sun-dried cherry Demi.
Who is your culinary inspiration?No competition here. My father. My father was a police officer but his true calling was the kitchen. I would sit and watch him create such amazing dishes with such incredibly bumble ingredients as we didn’t have much $$.
What would you do with the $25,000?I have currently gotten more into baking and this would help to advance my education in this aspect. I would eventually like to have a food truck where EVERYTHING is scratch made. Possible name would be Scratch Kitchen Co. . Thank you for your consideration.
