My signature dish can be a variety of different type of food. I like to explore any type of dishes so I make pasta. I also make. pozole birria all of those dishes are very special as signature to me
Who is your culinary inspiration?Who first inspired me on cooking was my mom she showed me and a young age and that’s when I started loving it. More lead her on news high school 10th grade colony arts with Miss Herrera and of course my favorite chef in the world is Gordon Ramsay.
What would you do with the $25,000?To be honest, I will give half to my parents for all their hard effort and work that they have put into me and my brother and sister and the other half is for my fiancé and I to get married not a big wedding but something for us and my family
