My signature dish is my Danishes! They are made with butter that has an 80% fat ratio giving it the perfect rich layers every pastry deserves, homemade cream cheese filling and made from scratch confitures (aka the best jam you’ll ever have!) and a fresh vanilla custard!
Who is your culinary inspiration?My Grandma and my Nanna were the ones who taught me to bake and inspired my passion. My Grandma passed away a year ago this month, but I want to continue to spread the love she showed me to the world through my food!
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use it to serve others and start on creating my own bakery. T for 2, inspired by my Nanna, would be a bakery that is an outreach to the community. Not just the day to day community, but those over looked. Veterans, those experiencing homelessness and those who have special needs. A place that welcomes and loves everyone because everyone deserves to feel like they belong ❤️
