I wouldn’t say I have one signature dish but I am passionate about the art of cooking, that’s what drives me. Food that makes you question what you’re eating, something to keep your tastebuds excited as you eat new things. If I were to impress someone I would definitely make a fresh stuffed pasta of sort. Pasta queen
Who is your culinary inspiration?I would definitely say it’s my grandfather. He’s the one that shaped me to be the chef that I am today. Unfortunately he is passed now but he thought me that cooking is all about feeling, anddd there is never enough garlic and olive oil. Someone that is doing this professionally would be Gordon Ramsay, even with all his own restaurants and fame he still understands that there is always something to learn.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would give a portion of it to my mother she is my world and has supported my journey as a chef since I was young, never once questioned me for doing something that is not a conventional way off life, supported me even when I haven’t seen her for months on end because I’m following my passion. And the part that I keep would definitely go towards travelling, I love little go with the flow adventures and would love to experience Spain.
