What is your signature dish?

My rosemary bourbon pork chops are pan-seared to perfection, finished with a rich bourbon cream sauce, fresh rosemary, and bold Texas flavors

Who is your culinary inspiration?

My biggest culinary inspiration has always been my abuelita. She taught me that food isn’t just about feeding people — it’s about loving them. Some of my best memories were made in her kitchen, watching her cook with patience, heart, and soul. She inspired my passion for bringing people together through food, and every dish I create carries a little piece of her with it.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I won the $25,000, I would use it to build a more professional kitchen at home — a space where I can continue creating, learning, and sharing my passion for food with even more people. Cooking has always been how I love others, and having a better kitchen would allow me to grow not only as a chef, but as someone who brings people together one meal at a time.I
