Who is your culinary inspiration?My mother and my best friend growing up were good cooks which made me want to cook. I would say early days of food network Ming Tsai and Emeril I loved. I did love watching Galloping Gourmet and Julia Child's with mom though.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would put it towards my dream of opening a small restaurant/bar that would have live music, stand up comedy, open mic and other fun happenings.
