Receive Text UpdatesThat is a tough question! I love cooking all things and experimenting with new ingredients. The first dish that comes to mind would be old fashioned chicken & dumplings. During covid, my guests truly found comfort in a bowl.
Who is your culinary inspiration?Ultimately it is my clients / guests. Seeing the joy spread across their face as they enjoy what has been prepared is always beyond amazing. I am the chef of a retirement community. Being able to provide food and smiles to the elderly is such a blessing!
What would you do with the $25,000?First portion would be a tithe in some way help those in need. The next portion would go to paying off debt so that my family might live a little better. After that I would try to put a little back into savings.
