This dish captures everything I love about cooking—classic supper club elegance, bold flavors, and indulgent comfort in every bite.
Who is your culinary inspiration?Anthony Bourdain inspires me because he showed that food is about more than technique—it is about culture, storytelling, and human connection. His authenticity, curiosity, and respect for hardworking cooks and small establishments resonate deeply with me. He taught me to stay humble, take risks, and create dishes that tell a story and bring people together around unforgettable experiences.
What would you do with the $25,000?Winning $25K would help my fiancée Amy, her daughter, and me complete the basement in our first home together. This house represents a new chapter for our family, and finishing the basement would create additional living space where we can grow, make memories, and build our future. This opportunity would ease the financial burden and help turn our dream home into a warm, welcoming place we are proud to call our own.
