Who is your culinary inspiration? My inspiration to become a chef came from watching Emeril Lagasse, Rachael Ray, and Paula Deen. Emeril's passion and creativity showed me how exciting cooking can be. Rachael Ray taught me that great meals can be simple and accessible for everyone. Paula Deen inspired my love for Southern comfort food, family traditions, and hospitality. Their dedication, talent, and love for food motivated me to pursue my culinary dreams and share my passion with others.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I won $25,000, I would invest it into growing my culinary business and bringing my dream of owning a successful soul food restaurant to life. The funds would help me purchase equipment, supplies, inventory, and marketing materials while expanding my reach in the community. I would also continue my culinary and business education. This opportunity would help me create jobs, serve more customers, and build a lasting business that brings people together through great food.
