Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration is Mashama Bailey. I worked for her shortly before the pandemic and her sourcing local high quality products and achieving as much as she has while staying true to herself is very inspiring.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would pay off my debt, start a catering business and put money away for my children.
