Who is your culinary inspiration?Oh my gosh, my culinary inspiration i have so many my parents being the first one to introduce me to the culinary world and going to a culinary arts high school. My teachers were my inspiration. I was able to learn from them and see them show their expertise, and they introduced me to some of the best chefs Bobby Flay, etc. They’ve shown me some amazing culinary arts colleges and universities , Le Cordon Bleu & Johnson and whales. So my inspiration comes from all walks of my life.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would definitely start my business back up as a private chef. That would help with my business a lot and I would retire my mother. I’ve seen her work my whole life and she’s been talking about retirement recently, so that is definitely what I would do.
