Receive Text UpdatesMy signature dish is called the best salmon. It’s easy to make because it’s cooked in the oven and doesn’t require an exotic list of ingredients.
Who is your culinary inspiration?I don’t have just one person (although I’ve always been partial to Carla Hall and Bobby Flay - except for the Calabrian chilies.) Mostly I watch cooking shows to pickup hints and ideas (like not to put your index finger on the blade of the knife -courtesy of Anne Burrell and also correct chopping techniques.) I also read a lot of recipes and if I like the ingredients or see some I can substitute, I’ll give it a try.
What would you do with the $25,000?Maybe take a vacation after my broken femur heals. Otherwise, I like to contribute to various charities that benefit animals and hunger.
