Receive Text UpdatesIf you're talking pork, my husband likes my thin Italian seasoned chops or I use them to make a scallopini. For fish, My salmon with cherry tomatoes and spinach in a cream sauce. My spanikopita is delicious as well as my stuffed mushrooms.
Who is your culinary inspiration?I take inspiration from not just one individual but many. Among them are my three sons who are "foodies". They all like to try new foods and dishes as well as prepare their own versions. My grandmother and Aunt Mary were also good cooks and would put on a great holiday spread.
What would you do with the $25,000?I'm retired but always thought it would be nice to open an inn or bed and breakfast. $25,000 would be a great help to making that thought a reality.
