Who is your culinary inspiration?My greatest culinary inspiration is the women in my family, especially my mom, Granny. For most of my life, I was spoiled by generations of incredible cooks and never had to spend much time in the kitchen myself. But as Granny approaches 87 and spends less time cooking, I've stepped up to carry on the recipes, traditions, and memories she passed down. Every dish I make is a way of honoring the women who fed our family with love for decades
What would you do with the $25,000?If I won $25,000, I would build my dream outdoor kitchen. I already have two wonderful kitchens, but an outdoor cooking space would allow me to bring family and friends together even more. I picture summer cookouts, teaching the next generation our family recipes, and making new memories with Granny while I still can. Food has always been at the center of our family, and this would create a space where those traditions can continue for years to come
