Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration is Ms. Edna Sandoval. She was the cook at my boys and girls club and was the first person who took me in the kitchen and showed me how to cook for 300 ppl everyday. That program was the only meal some kids had in the summer, she showed me how to make basic tuna fish fancy. She taught me food was love and I spent 7 years feeeing and being fed with sometimes very little but always enough.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would start the legal entity for my event design & creation business. As a mom of 3 with a 1 year old I would pay my mom to watch the kids, take them on excursions and take a week long vacation by myself! With the left over I would buy me a car cash so that I don’t have a car note. Not glamorous but true.
