I wouldn’t say I have one signature dish. I have favorite dishes from different cuisines and different types of meals whether it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration comes from my love of food and cooking for my loved ones. I love to see the joy in people’s faces when they try my food. I have acquired flavors from cooks I watch on TV, my mom, mother in law, and other relatives.
What would you do with the $25,000?With the $25000, I would love to be able to enroll in culinary programs that will only enable me to enhance my skills and develop an even more diverse palate.
