Cooking since I was 8, food is my love language, bringing joy one plate at a time. My dream: build a brand, feed hearts and give back. 🫶

Receive Text UpdatesMy signature dish is Pastelon, a traditional Puerto Rican savory & sweet plantain with eggs, ground beef and cheese. It’s often compared to lasagna because of the layered style, but the sweet plantains give it a rich, savory sweet flavor that makes it unique and comforting.
Who is your culinary inspiration?Puerto Rican culture and family recipes inspired my cooking. A lot of my dishes are rooted in tradition, comfort, and flavors I grew up with.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the $25,000 to rent a ghost kitchen so I can grow my food business, build a customer base, and share more Puerto Rican dishes with the community. My long-term goal is to eventually open a café that serves authentic Puerto Rican food and coffee in a warm, welcoming space.
