Receive Text UpdatesChoosing just one signature dish is tough, but any of my Grilled Flank Steak recipes are always a favorite. Perfectly grilled and always packed with flavor. More than the food itself, I love how it brings people together around the table to share laughter, conversation, and lasting memories.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My greatest culinary inspiration is my mom. In 1976, she won the Idaho Beef Council Cookoff and represented Idaho at the national competition. While she didn't win Nationals, she was voted Miss Congeniality by the other contestants. She taught me that great food isn't just about recipes~it's about bringing people together, making everyone feel welcome, and sharing love through a meal.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the $25k to share my passion for cooking with a larger audience through recipes, food stories, and culinary experiences that bring people together. Food has always been my way of showing love and creating memories. This opportunity would help me honor the lessons passed down from my mom and her mom; while inspiring others to gather around the table, connect with one another, and celebrate life's special moments. π π« π
