Receive Text UpdatesThough southern food has my heart the islands my mom spent her twenties on I’m pact the food I make greatly! So Blackend shrimp tacos with homemade slaw and mango picked gallo served with cilantro lime rice and black beans! The freshness that the flavors have like so many dish I grew up eating bring me back to being a kid always trying to help my mom in the kitchen.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My mom, she has owned many restaurants and has been a pillar I why I love to cook today my earliest memories are her and I in the kitchen kneading dough and laughing over spilled flour.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would work on open a bakery and a small venue on our family farm. Where we can host cooking classes in our area. It’s been my moms dream for the longest time and I want more than anything to make it come true
