Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration comes from my mother. She could fry chicken so deliciously that you could actually eat the bone. Her cheese and macaroni are now second only to mine. Her giblet gravy is absolutely delicious, and her dressing for Thanksgiving and Christmas are simply amazing. Her turnip and mustard greens are absolutely phenomenal. The main dish, in my opinion, was the gravy. She always had a knack for making it taste absolutely delicious!
What would you do with the $25,000?I’d love to accompany my husband on a trip to France and Japan, where we can learn from renowned chefs specializing in desert cuisine.
