My dish would have to be Cajun chicken pasta. A creamy, slightly spicy chicken pasta. Slightly like Alfredo but with so much more flavor.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My Grammy is definitely my inspiration. Always helping her in the kitchen and watching her every move. I feel as though she'd be very proud of the way I am with cooking.
What would you do with the $25,000?I'd finally be able to slowly start fulfilling my dream and get a food truck to start my restaurant slowly.
