Receive Text UpdatesMy signature dish is a white pepper, sage and lemon pasta with caramelized onions, garlic crisps, oven-roasted cherry tomatoes and spinach topped with a drizzle of basil oil and garnished with sage.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My biggest culinary inspiration is Guy Fierri, even though he wasn’t a chef I grew up watching him try many different foods, as well as other chefs such as Gordon Ramsey on Hells Kitchen, I have also seen many of Carla Halls and Guga Foods videos on IG! However to this day my biggest inspiration to create amazing food has been my mother as she was always supportive of my dreams.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I won $25,000 I would invest a portion of it into opening my own restaurant, and another portion of it would go directly into my own non profit all purpose charity to help those in need with housing, food, medical care, child care, education, and a portion of it would go into conservation efforts around the world.
