Receive Text UpdatesI like to think every dish I put out is my signature 😉 but I think either Mac n cheese or a plethora of Indian dishes are what I’m best known for! Perhaps butter chicken Mac n cheese could be it!? I have an affinity for classic comfort foods, and big bold flavours - especially those that are comfort foods from other cultures!
Who is your culinary inspiration?I have many - my mom, Lynn Crawford & Alton Brown definitely take the cake though! My mom taught me the basics of good real cooking, Lynn is amazing and her focus on local, clean flavours was huge in changing how I think about food and composing a dish, and Alton shares the same nerdy passion for the science of cooking!
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the $25k for funding either my own restaurant or a food truck and really taking my fate in to my own hands! I don’t come from a lot of money and this would be a game changer to get me back up and running toward the dream of independence and creativity!
