Receive Text UpdatesI wouldn’t say I have a signature dish however my dad has always raved about my meatloaf and my London broil. I just love to take a recipe or idea and try to make it my own.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My mom and grandma have always been my inspiration. My grandfather was Italian so family meals and cooking was very important. I do love food network. All of the chefs inspire me to try new things and flavors as well as teach me new techniques.
What would you do with the $25,000?I recently became a Grandma myself with another one on the way soon. I would start an account for my grandkids and use some to take a trip to Italy with my wonderful husband.
