Who is your culinary inspiration? My mother greatly influenced my decision to become a cook. Teaching me culture and love through food. She believed that the breaking of bread was a sacred tradition. She created a pantry of her own to feed her neighbors and community as well…Also teaching me to carry on her legacy and do likewise.
What would you do with the $25,000?As an Ordained Christian Minister, I have a local donations, clothing and food center that my fiancé and I have opened up a few months ago called Collazo’s Closet and I have an AD on YELP. I would invest the money where it’s needed, to help the community by enlarging our food pantry and clothing items for our local Rochester sisters and brothers, children and pets as well. Amen
