Receive Text UpdatesI think the best dish that love to make for my friends and family is Armenian “Dolma” or “Tolma”. It’s a traditional ancient Armenian dish that includes grape leaves that grow on the Valley of Mount Ararat. The beauty of it, is that you can make it both with meet and non meat versions( vegetarian) It satisfies every taste bud and sense possible.
Who is your culinary inspiration? My mom and my grandma. Every Armenian household smells with Dolma on all holidays, special days, celebrations and arrival of dear friends and family. I learned to cook from my mom at a young age, and I was always inspired by my grandmas attention to details and approach to her guests. Every time I am in the kitchen creating new recipes or polishing the old ones, my grandma is always in my mind and my mom’s advice, guidance and warmth is with me through the process.
What would you do with the $25,000?I have 2 grand ideas with the prize.Since I started my online cooking episodes, I was inspired by my audience’s reaction to the ambiance I create through the backdrop in my kitchen, which include modern and vintage cooking supplies and dinner ware, flowers and different props. I would love to buy more beautiful kitchen supplies, renovate my kitchen to make it look more attractive to my viewers and community. In addition, to publish a cookbook inspired by my mom’s and grandmas authent
