Who is your culinary inspiration?My Grandmothers', Grandfather and my Mom. The way the older generations did depend on a measuring cup or spoons is amazing and a dead art. My Mom because she introduced different types of cuisines from her travels. And of course Mrs Carla Hall, Chef Proudome
What would you do with the $25,000?My family needs a stable home. Use a portion as down payment and look into expanding my catering business full-time.
