Receive Text UpdatesMy signature would be veggie lasagne, with a beet salad and strawberry posset for dessert. I like starting off with something fresh, earthy and a bite of citrus. Then going for savory and a recipe inspired by my recent visit to Paris. Then ending with a creamy, fruity dessert served with a crunchy homemade cracker and stabilized whip cream for presentation.
Who is your culinary inspiration?Chef Carla Hall with her personable demeanor, zest for good food and cooking with love. She is always positive and showcases unique flavors. Julia Childs because I'm also a francophile and love how she just would try without caring if she would fail. Wolfgang Puck because he takes everyday type dishes and elevates them. So many more but I gravitate towards the ones with positive energy, unique flavor palettes and the ones who aren't afraid to try something out of their comfort zone.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the funds to take cooking classes, buy some kitchen equipment and travel to a few states across the U.S. to see how others are using flavor to serve delicious meals.
