Who is your culinary inspiration?I grew up watching Emeril Lagasse in between my wrestling matches and also quickly grew to admire Gordon Ramsay. Their talent and confidence inspired me and it would be a dream to cook for Gordon one day and have him call me a ‘donkey’ or a ‘doughnut’.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would probably take my wife on a nice trip, pay some bills and replace or repair my truck.
