Who is your culinary inspiration?There has been so many people that have touched my life in the pot and pan life. My Mom and Grandma where a big part of it.
What would you do with the $25,000?Pay some bills and get a new pasta maker. Tired of using a wine bottle to make pasta. Probably do something special for the back of house team. Wouldn't be where we are now without them. Hats off
