I’m pretty basic at the moment so pasta sauce and lean beef or vegan alternatives can be used. Sweet and spicy with garlic toast. It’s not so iconic but it feeds the 6’8 giant I am and I’ve sampled some variations of cream sauces and enjoy chicken and rice. So I’m willing to learn.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration would be my buddy’s sister who’s became a fairly successful influencer with a following on social media!
What would you do with the $25,000?I’d put it towards a food truck with great local beers and matching faves.
