Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration is my father. A lot of the flavor profiles and unique ideas that I get come because of his palate and excitement about food. A lot of the first things I learned to cook were taught by him. His investment in flavor and diversity helped me develop into the chef I am today.
What would you do with the $25,000?With the $25,000 I would pay off all of my mother’s debt so that she may become financially free. My mother is my biggest supporter and has always been by my side throughout my entire journey. While I will never be able to repay her, a small gesture as this would reveal to her how much I truly appreciate her.
